Tartar Seasoning - South West
Jalapeños, chili, lime and Cajun spices are the stars of this South West tartar seasoning. Considered to be the rebellious flavour of the family, it is spicy enough to give you a little heat stroke :) Obviously if you are bold, you can spice it up even more because on our side, the sheriff stopped us just before we set out to burn the taste buds and palate of the taster.
Perfect with nachos, guacamole and a cold beer!
Onions, pickles, rapeseed oil, capers, mustard, seasoning (malt vinegar, spirit
vinegar, water, molasses, sugar, anchovies (fish), tamarin extract, garlic, spices, flavour), jalapenos pepper, zest and lime juice, cayenne pepper, xanthan, chili, salt, fines herbs, spices.
Add a part or the entire jar of CRU tartar seasoning to 300 grams of vegetables, red meat or fish (tartar quality) sliced into fine cubes. Mix well and serve.
Optional: Cover and let stand in the freezer 15 minutes.
About 4 appetizer servings or 2 meal servings.
Shelf life & Storage
Can be stored in the pantry for up to 2 years. Once open, keep in the fridge for 2 weeks.
