Strawberry & Nepeta Jam
Nepeta is a wild plant indigenous to the mountains of Corsica, with aromas of marjoram and mint. This strawberry and Nepeta jam made in Quebec stands out with any type of breakfast: on toasts, on pancakes, with yogurt or buns. Additionally, it goes very well as a coulis on vanilla ice cream. It is simply delectable!
Strawberries, sugar, Nepeta infusion (water, Nepeta), pectin (water, pectin, lactic acid, citric acid, potassium citrate, sodium benzoate), lemon juice (sulphites).
Shelf life & Storage
Can be stored in the pantry for 2 years before opening. Refrigerate after opening. It can be kept for 3 weeks after opening.
