Ras El-Hanout Moroccan Spices
A classic mixture used in Moroccan cuisine that literally translates to “head of the shop” in Arabic, for its combination of all the best spices. This complex medley of fragrant spices is an essential to traditional North African dishes such as tagines and couscous, but will add eccentric flavour to any regular dish as well!
Paprika, red cayenne, salt (15%), garlic, sugar (6%), oregano, cinnamon, cardamom.

Shelf life & Storage
2 years. Store in dry, cool location away from direct [sun]light exposure. Lengthy exposure to direct light may cause a natural discoloration. Clumping may occur when exposed to air or humidity and is a natural process. Simply break with your fingers or a spoon. Anti-caking or chemical products are not used to avoid the latter.
