Pork Terrine with Myrtle Liquor
Myrtle berries have been used to flavour a variety of traditional cuisine dishes in Corsica since the beginning of time. This terrine is unctuous and is best savoured with on crackers or fresh bread as an appetizer. You can even consider having it in the morning with toasts.
Pork, poultry livers, eggs, water, french gray shallots, myrtle liqueur, cornstarch, salt, myrtle flavoring (sunflower oil, flavoring preparation, rosemary extract), pepper.
Shelf life & Storage
Can be stored in the pantry for 2 years before opening. Refrigerate after opening. It can be kept for 7 days after opening.
