Prepare a marinade to taste with this original Portuguese flavour by mixing with olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice. Make the famous Portuguese chicken on your BBQ or oven. Rub generously on your chicken or meat. Let marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Add fresh garlic, cilantro, or parsley for a professional touch. Pro tip: add to any of your favourite condiments to make a fiery, delicious sauce!

Shelf life & Storage
2 years. Store in dry, cool location away from direct [sun]light exposure. Lengthy exposure to direct light may cause a natural discoloration. Clumping may occur when exposed to air or humidity and is a natural process. Simply break with your fingers or a spoon. Anti-caking or chemical products are not used to avoid the latter.
