Balsamic Vinegar Pearls
Balsamic vinegar pearls made with premium Italian balsamic vinegar with no sulfite.
Its use in cooking has almost no limits: try it on smoked salmon, beef carpaccio or a tartare of fresh fish. A little more original? Combine them with crackers and cheese, caramelized onions or strawberries... Balsamic vinegar (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), water, sugar, agar/agar.
May contain: traces of canola oil, sulphite & seeds.
Shelf life & Storage
Store up to one year in the pantry before opening. Once open, keep refrigerated for up to 2 months.
