Quebec City, Quebec, Canada
Petits Creux is first and foremost a Corsican restaurant open in Quebec City. Since 2013, following comments from customers who wanted to find a little taste of Corsica in their homes, and after several months of reflection, the founders of Petits Creux launched a range of derivative products. That’s how the Petits Creux Corsica Origina brand is born ... Some ingredients are imported directly from Corsica, such as fruit liquors, wild herbs and Cap Corse muscat, and everything is transformed right here in Quebec. Other products are in development and will be presented to you in the coming months.
MEET MARIE-PIERRE & KIM
Marie-Pierre Tomasi and Kim Colonna arrived with their two children, directly from Corsica to Quebec in 2007. After working as a daycare educator, Marie-Pierre, passionate about cooking and baking, dreamed of being able to flourish in her two favourite fields which pushed her to develop jams and terrines with Corsican flavours in her kitchen.
Kim Colonna, who has 25 years experience in the restaurant industry, worked in several establishments in Quebec City as butler and sommelier.
The dream of being able to make Quebecers discover or re-discover the magnificent and beautiful island of Corsica led them to open the only Corsican restaurant in the province on Cartier Avenue in Quebec City.
