Passionate about food for as long as he can remember, Jason has been cooking with a wood fire any opportunity he would get. It all started at the family cottage, where the only way to cook is with a wood fire oven. An epicurean by nature, Jason always explores different flavour profiles and aromas in his quest to bring better dishes to his restaurants or to his friends and family.
After a rewarding career in the restaurant industry, Jason decided to go back to his roots; fire, smoke and hot peppers. He married his three favourite things to create a wood smoked hot sauce company.
