In addition, this coffee is the fruit of an organic cooperative which aims to support the many independent farmers in the province of Rodriguez de Mendoza. This grouping of women allows them to proudly own their own land and farm.
Variety: Typica, Caturra, Catimor and Bourbon
Altitude: 1500m - 1800m

Once roasted, the flavours are at their best for a duration of 2 months and must be consumed one year after roasting.
