Raw salmon salad


Matching green, yellow and salmon colours. This is what we do when we like tartars and salads.

We mix the two, to have fun and have a good refreshing and tasty meal!

Raw salmon salad

Time: 25 minutes  | Yield: 4 people


  • 600 g salmon, diced
  • 2 shallots, finely minced
  • ½ tbsp. finely chopped ginger
  • 3 tbsp. fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • Juice of a lime
  • 2 mangoes, thinly sliced
  • 4 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • Sea salt, to taste


  1. Add ginger, shallots, coriander, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame seeds and salt to salmon and let stand in bowl for 10 minutes
  2. Prepare the rest of the ingredients and mix them together in a salad bowl
  3. Add the salmon mixture and season with salt if necessary
