Matcha Lemonade with Basil or Mint


We are often looking for something refreshing in the summer. And we prefer avoiding drinks that are too sweet.

Quantity: 4 people | Time: 10 minutes 


  • 10 leaves of basil or mint, depending on your choice
  • 1tsp. matcha powder
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 3 tbsp. maple syrup
  • Ice cubes


  1. Whisk the matcha with a little water, preferably with a matcha whisk
  2. When the powder is dissolved, add the rest of the ingredients
  3. Mix well
  4. Refrigerate

The lemonade can be kept for 2 days in the fridge. Here you go, a cool drink, but especially energizing and healthy!
