Healthy and easy treats


As a Holistic Nutrition Coach, my philosophy is that all wholesome foods are welcome into a balanced way of eating. The more variety the better. This way, treats can also be had, especially if they are made with good quality ingredients and consumed in moderation. The idea is to avoid feeling deprived while fuelling our bodies with all the nutrients they need to thrive.

Having balance in mind, you don’t need to eat all the candies, bars and cookies you can reach. You can have fun and feed your sweet tooth with an all natural treat, full of good fats, protein, fiber and a wholesome sweetener to satisfy your cravings and keep your blood sugar stable.

Here’s a recipe for a sweet healthy treat.

Non Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Time: 15 min ­| Yield: 20 cookies

Manba peanut butter
Try the recipe with one of Manba's peanut butter


  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter (should state only peanuts in the ingredient list)
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • 1 cup rolled oats

In a large bowl, mix well all ingredients. Make balls and press them. Enjoy!
