Granola & matcha tea or coconut flakes energy balls


This recipe is convenient because it is quick to make for snacks that will last all week. It is full of good vitamins found in the maple syrup and dates. Matcha tea contains the famous antioxidants we hear about all the time and granola contains fibre and contributes to our daily fibre intake.

Matcha Energy Balls

Time: 15 min | Yield: about 10 balls


  • 1 cup of dates
  • ½ cup Granolust granola
  • 1 tbsp. Nos Cabanes maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. at the table of coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. Bangoshi matcha tea
  • 1 tbsp. coconut flakes


  1. Puree the dates
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix well
  3. Make small balls and sprinkle with matcha tea or coconut flakes
  4. Refrigerate for one hour
  5. Enjoy!
