Guatemala Coldbrew specialty coffee, perfect for a hot day!


There is nothing like a good coldbrew on a hot day.
Here's a recipe with the Finca el Diamente coffee from Guatemala by 94 Celcius.

Cold Brew Specialty Coffee 94 Celsius


Ratio 1:7 with cold infusion for 18 hours in the fridge.

Then fill a cocktail glass with ice and add:

  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 6 oz Coldbrew
  • 3 dashes Agostura
  • 1 dash Dark Bitter Forest

Garnish with a slice of orange or zest. There you go, with aromas of nutmeg, apple and lime you have a super fresh and alcohol-free drink.

Now you can just sit down and enjoy!
