Summer is coming to an end, which marks the season for sweet corn.
Whether as an appetizer on a weeknight or during a corn roast party, corn on the cob is so good. We often tend to eat it with butter and salt, but why not enhance this sweet taste a little more!
Two ways that will take only a few minutes to do, just enough time while you cook your corn.
Time: 5 minutes | Yield: 4 people
Butter with lime and chives
- 3 tbsp. salted butter
- 10 chive stems, finely chopped
- Juice of half a lime
- Soften the butter
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well
Sour Cream with cilantro and lemon
- 3 tbsp. sour cream
- Leaves of 6 to 8 stems of cilantro, finely chopped
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt to taste
Mix well all ingredients.
