A variation on the traditional tacos with shrimps in the recipe that transports us to a happy hour atmosphere. To savour with or without the bread!
Time: 20 minutes | Yield: 4 people
- In a frying pan, heat the coconut oil and cook the shrimp until they change colour to pink.
- Add ground coriander, cumin, Jamaican pepper and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add chives, salt and pepper to taste
- Assemble the tacos with the shrimp and the rest of the ingredients, add the sauce and savour.
